Strategic Partnerships

Complementary commercial relationships — line drawing
Complementary commercial relationships

We assess cooperation through complementary supply capabilities, technical interfaces, allocation of responsibilities and clearly defined commercial objectives.

Potential cooperation may connect producers, industrial consumers, carriers, terminal operators, financiers and equipment specialists. Capability review should distinguish asset ownership, operating control, contracted access and intermediary roles; none is established by a general partnership statement.

A defined cooperation scope addresses product or project boundaries, information exchange, decision authority, commercial exposure and delivery responsibilities. Named partners, exclusive arrangements and joint ventures are published only after confirmation; long-term value remains an objective, not a guaranteed result.

01

Our partnership foundations

Shared direction

Product or project scope, technical requirements and commercially feasible objectives establish alignment.

Clear scope

Supply, inspection, transport, payment and information responsibilities require explicit allocation.

Long-term value

Review continuity, performance evidence and change control against the agreed cooperation scope.

02

Building commercial relationships

Indicative specification-to-delivery interfaces; sequencing and responsibilities depend on the agreed transaction.

  1. Alignment

    Technical objectives and counterpart capabilities

  2. Scope

Work boundaries, responsibilities and information scope

  3. Cooperation

    Agreed milestones and commercial interfaces

  4. Long-term value

Review evidence and any further cooperation

Commercial interface model, not a confirmed operating procedure. Inspection, handling, risk transfer and settlement obligations require contractual agreement.

03

Our relationship priorities

Technical acceptance basis
Define grade, analysis or dimensional basis, exact standard and edition, tolerances, sampling and required inspection evidence.
Delivery and receiving constraints
Specify lot quantity, shipment window, named delivery place, transport mode and receiving equipment or discharge limits.
Contract and documentary scope
Agree price and payment basis, Incoterm, quantity determination, required certificates and the procedure for discrepancies and claims.
