Responsible Sourcing

Material origin & traceability — line drawing
Material origin & traceability

We identify material origin, producer or supplier identity, chain-of-custody records and relevant trade-risk information as sourcing-review priorities.

A sourcing record should distinguish the producer, seller, country of origin and shipment lot. Certificates of origin, product analyses and transport records serve different purposes; none alone proves a fully audited chain of custody or responsible-production certification.

Our risk perspective includes labour and community impacts, environmental obligations, sanctions and counterparty integrity. Documentary review, audit access, escalation and supplier approval criteria require confirmed company procedures; this page does not claim an implemented certified due-diligence system.

01

Our sourcing priorities

Material origin

Identify producer, origin, lot references and any custody transfers supported by records.

People & communities

Consider labour conditions and community impacts within a defined supplier and activity scope.

Commercial integrity

Counterparty identity, ownership information, trade restrictions and document consistency inform risk review.

02

Our sourcing perspective

Assessment categories and responsibility interfaces; implementation depends on the activity and accountable operator.

  1. Origin

Producer, source location and material identification

  2. Information

    Origin, analysis and custody documentation

  3. Risk awareness

Counterparty, labour, environmental and trade exposure

  4. Commercial scope

Agreed disclosure, responsibilities and review scope

Our responsibility priorities, not a site-specific operating instruction or certification claim.

Assessment boundaries and evidence status

Defined assessment boundary
Identify the activity, operator, reporting period, units and method; distinguish company operations from upstream and downstream impacts.
Traceable supporting evidence
Measured results, audit conclusions and certification claims require identifiable records, methodology and confirmed publication approval.
Policy and performance status
Formal company procedures, quantified targets, incident rates and environmental performance data remain pending verification.

Our sustainability priorities are presented here. Formal company policies, certifications and performance data remain pending confirmation for publication.
